Safeguarding

The Academy is committed to safeguarding children and young people
If you are short-listed for interview, your referees will be asked to provide references before interview.

• You will have to apply for an Enhanced CRB check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• If you know that you are barred from work with children (i.e. you are on List 99, the PoCA List or have a Disqualification Order, or from October 2009, that you are on the ISA barred lists), you should not apply to work with children.
• Any job offer will be subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks and, for non-teaching posts, a probation period.
