About the Sponsors

We are very fortunate to have two complementary sponsoring partners, The City of London Corporation and KPMG. Many of their staff volunteer at The Academy as Personal Advisers for students, giving them contact with adults who are in the world of business working in various roles, from accountants to lawyers and business consultants. As well as this many offer their own personal time to volunteer at The Academy lending their skills, for example taking photographs of our Sports Awards and volunteering with our Eco-committee students.

The City of London Corporation has a reputation for excellence in education, the arts, and open spaces. They have presented our students with excellent opportunities, such as visiting the Guildhall School of Music and Drama at the Barbican, events with journalist John Simpson, visits from government ministers such as Lord Hill and much more.
